Press photos of the rumored Nokia Lumia
630 Windows Phone have been leaked online. The new images reveal a mid
range device in signature bright Lumia colors: black, yellow, white,
orange and green.
According to the leaked images, the
smartphone features a 4.5-inch display screen with 854 x 480 pixels
resolution. It is expected to have a Snapdragon 400 processor coupled
with 1GB of RAM. The photographs also reveal that the 8MP rear camera
will not come with flash. It will run on the latest Windows Phone 8.1
which will be released by Microsoft in April and will have new features
like on-screen buttons and a Siri-like personal assistant called
Cortana. The Nokia Lumia 630 is expected to be launched at an event
scheduled on 19 April by Nokia.
The Lumia 630 looks similar to the new Nokia X range of Android smartphones.
The Nokia X smartphone has been launched in India for Rs 8,599 and the
company has stated that the Nokia XL and Nokia X Plus will be launched
in the next two months in India.
The
Nokia X and X+ have a 4-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) display, while the XL
has a bigger 5-inch display. All the three phones are powered by
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon dual-core 1 GHz processor. The Nokia X comes with
512MB of RAM on-board, while the X+ and XL have a slightly better RAM at
768MB. All the devices come with 4GB of internal storage space
expandable up to 32GB via microSD. The X and X+ come with 3 MP rear
camera and no front camera, while the XL has a 5 MP rear and a 2MP
front-facing camera.
